Free UK standard shipping

Standard shipping to the United Kingdom is free, with no minimum order value. Standard shipping is also free to every other destination currently available from ALBA at checkout. If an express option is offered, it is optional and its price is shown before you place the order.

Where we ship

The destinations currently available are shown in the country selector and at checkout. ALBA currently serves its active markets, including the United Kingdom, France and Belgium. Availability may change; the checkout options shown before purchase are definitive.

Processing and estimated delivery

Orders are processed on business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

United Kingdom — free standard shipping: usually 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, excluding any customs checks.
France and Belgium — free standard shipping: usually 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Other checkout destinations — free standard shipping: the available estimate is shown at checkout or in the dispatch confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Busy periods, customs checks or circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

Tracking and delivery address

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used for the order. Check your address before placing the order and contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has been prepared or handed to the carrier.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel appears to be lost, arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but has not been received, email titouw24@gmail.com with your order number and any useful evidence so we can investigate.

Customs duties and import taxes

Free standard shipping covers the transport charge. It does not necessarily include customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees. Taxes collected at checkout are shown before payment. Unless expressly stated otherwise, duties or fees charged on arrival by authorities or the carrier are the recipient’s responsibility.
