Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 August 2026.
Seller, website and contact
The ALBA online store at alba-clothing.com is operated under the trading name ALBA from Chaussée de Wavre 249A, 1050 Ixelles, Belgium. Contact: titouw24@gmail.com.
These terms apply to consumer sales through the ALBA store. Mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s country of residence continue to apply.
Products
Each product page shows the product’s essential characteristics, available sizes and colours, materials, availability and price. Colours may look different depending on the screen. Customers should review the product information and size guide before ordering.
If there is an obvious error in a description, price or availability, ALBA will contact the customer before fulfilment and allow the order to be cancelled without charge.
Prices, promotions and taxes
Prices are shown in the currency of the selected market and include applicable taxes where required by law. Where a discount is advertised, the reference price is determined in accordance with applicable rules. Any import duties or taxes not collected at checkout are explained in the Shipping Policy.
Orders
Customers can review and correct their bag, address and information before placing an order. The final checkout button makes clear that placing the order creates an obligation to pay. An order confirmation is sent to the email address provided.
ALBA may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, an obvious error, genuine unavailability or inability to deliver. Any amount collected for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and processed by Shopify and the enabled payment providers. ALBA does not directly retain complete bank card details. An order is prepared only after payment or authorisation is confirmed.
Shipping
UK standard shipping is free with no minimum order value. Standard shipping is also free to every other destination offered at checkout. A paid express option may be available. Destinations, estimates, customs information and other conditions are set out in the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Cancellation and returns
ALBA accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery, under the Returns & Refunds Policy. UK and EU consumers normally have at least 14 days from delivery to cancel an eligible online purchase, subject to legal exceptions. Customers pay the direct return postage for a change of mind; ALBA covers returns caused by a fault, damage or an ALBA error.
Statutory rights
Applicable statutory rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise non-compliant remain in full force. To report a problem, email titouw24@gmail.com with your order number and useful evidence.
Intellectual property
The website’s copy, photographs, videos, graphics, logos and other elements are protected by applicable rights. They may not be reproduced or used without the rights holder’s permission, except where permitted by law.
Website use
You must not use the website fraudulently, attempt to compromise its security, scrape its content at scale or infringe ALBA’s or another party’s rights. ALBA may suspend access where unlawful or dangerous use is reasonably suspected.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or any mandatory consumer right. Subject to that, ALBA is not responsible for interruptions or delays caused by events outside its reasonable control.
Personal data
Our handling of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy and the store’s consent preferences.
Governing law and disputes
Belgian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, customers are invited to email titouw24@gmail.com so we can try to resolve the issue.
Changes to these terms
ALBA may update these terms for future use. The version that applies to an order is the version available when the order is placed.
